She has represented a broad array of clients including Motorola Radio Products Group, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Benchmark Hospitality, National Pasteurized Eggs, Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Wyndemere Senior Living Campus
Prior to founding the firm, she was divisional director of public relations for Hyatt Hotels Corporation, overseeing the marketing and public relations activities of 22 properties throughout the U.S. and Canada. She also managed the food and beverage marketing for nearly 50 restaurants.
LeJane also served as a senior account executive for one of Chicago's largest independent public relations firms, supervising accounts such as Hermes of Paris, Kohl's Department Stores, Wolfgang Puck's line of frozen pizzas, Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center and Baker & McKenzie, one of the world's largest international law firms.
LeJane is a former member of the board of directors of Bottomless Closet, and supports the Illinois Arts Alliance and the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Illinois. LeJane holds a master's degree in broadcast journalism from Northwestern University's prestigious Medill School of Journalism and a bachelor degree from the University of Kentucky. With a passion for dance, theater and music, in her "other" life, she would be found as Dolly Levi on some stage in America.

An award-winning communication and media relations strategist, Susan's work has been recognized by the International Association of Business Communicators, the Public Relations Society of American and the Publicity Club of Chicago. As head of CSC's media relations team, Susan routinely counsels senior level executives to meet business objectives and drive sales. Her strategic skills have been placed clients with a variety of high profile media, including the New York Times, CNN, TODAY and the Wall Street Journal.
Prior to joining CSC, Susan served as executive director of corporate communications for publicly-held Enesco, Inc, managing investor relations, public relations, advertising and web activities. She also was public relations manager for Hyatt Hotels Corporation, managing media relations for the chain's 110 properties in the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean. Later, she led the Illinois Bureau of Tourism's PR efforts outside the U.S. while at Hill & Knowlton.
An avid youth sports fan, Susan enjoys the Cubs, coaching t-ball and all things Bruce Springsteen. A graduate of the University of Iowa's journalism school, she also attends the Iowa's Writers Workshop.

Patti's knack for concept development, team management and implementation of media-driven consumer programs for consumer products and services were key to success in multiple ongoing campaigns with The Procter & Gamble Company (P&G) brands: Bounty, Charmin, Pampers, Puffs, Crest and Pringles.
Previously, Patti served as senior team member at Manning, Salvage & Lee and was responsible for overall concept development and implementation of "The Return of Mr. Whipple" Charmin program, She also served as primary media trainer and wrangler for celebrity and expert spokespeople including: Patricia Heaton, Teri Garr, Ekatarina Gordeeva, Buzz Aldrin, Charlotte Rae, Today Show correspondents and authors Dr. Sylvia Rimm and Phil Lempert, Good Morning America contributor Rebecca Kolls and more.

A hands-on mother of two, Patti remains involved in local grade school and community activities while still balancing her fanatic level of interest for all things pop culture and other "useless" information. Patti earned her bachelor of arts in communications at the University of Wisconsin.
Connie Costello

With a knack for media relations, Andrea has secured media coverage in a wide range of outlets, including national business, consumer print and trade publications Using a proactive pitching approach, Andrea has established relationships with local print media, as well as with editors at consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, retail and technology trade publications. Additionally, her ability to effectively counsel clients, manage multiple projects and execute communications strategies has helped her to garner strong client relationships.
Prior to working with Carson|Stoga, Andrea served as an account supervisor for Gibbs & Soell where she was responsible for managing communications programs for clients such as Dow Chemical Company, Molex Incorporated, Rogers Corporation and Syngenta Seeds. Earlier, she worked at Classic Residence by Hyatt to manage local and regional communications efforts for 13 senior living communities, as well as for EBS Public Relations/Porter Novelli during the dot.com boom where she aggressively secured media coverage and coordinated press tour and tradeshow initiatives for a number of technology clients.
In her spare time, Andrea enjoys watching the Bears, walking her Labrador retriever, cooking, playing sports with her son and reading. She holds a bachelor's of arts degree in English from Northern Illinois University.

Flavia Danca

Prior to joining the CSC team, Flavia worked for nearly 15 years in the real estate sales, tax assessment and customer service arenas. Lucky for us, Flavia has been able to apply many of those same excellent organizational and problem solving skills for issues with our staff and clients.
In addition to her role with Carson|Stoga management issues, Flavia also assists in coordinating the many details of client events including Plaza del Lago's Annual Antiques Appraisal Event and 80th Anniversary Celebration, and annual summer concert series, among others.
The mother of a middle schooler, Flavia juggles priorities seamlessly. She enjoys boating and listening to everything from Bon Jovi to Carrie Underwood and annual vacations to Mexico.
Flavia earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Elmhurst College.

She works primarily with the firm's consumer and travel & tourism clients including Land of Nod, Vienna Beef, Lake Lawn Resort, Hotel Orrington and more.
Prior to her role at Carson|Stoga she held vital managerial positions with global communications giant, Motorola, where she launched her career as new product manager executing new products entrance into the marketplace. This included intense collaboration with the marketing, engineering and manufacturing departments from conception to promotion. She also served as the liaison for Motorola's international sales team ensuring that all consumer requirements were met.
Kellie possesses superb event management skills and has coordinated countless high profile corporate events including off-site motivational shows held in Hawaii and Morocco bringing in keynote speakers, as well as team building experts to motivate team members and clients, topped off by galas including national entertainment.
Kellie's attention to detail and ability to multitask gained her on-going praises for numerous promotions within Motorola such as manufacturing/customer service liaison, tactical marketing manager, new product manager and promotions all within a 15-year period.
A long-time Floridian, Kellie attended Palm Beach Community College where she studied business. She also completed multiple lines of Professional Development Training throughout her employment with Motorola.
Kellie's personal passions include relaxing by the pool, "card sharking" her friends and reading. Her recent favorite? "Stuart Wood's Orchid Beach".
